Crown Honda

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews but today I would like to rate my recent Honda car purchase. The staff in this dealership are well trained and very professional. The sales representative assisting me was Gilbert. He was friendly and patient, easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Honda vehicles and I was not pressured to buy at all. After completing the paper work, I had a tour on their nice facility. Then I get to meet the staff, did a round of handshakes with them on the floor, probably 8 to 10 of them looking slick with their black Honda jackets/uniforms. Wow, It felt like I won a million dollars as they welcome me to the Honda family. Since it was my first Honda, It was a big deal. If you are looking to buy a new/used Honda vehicle in the near future, pay a visit to Crown Honda McPhilips and look for Mr. Gilbert Ortiz.

Went shopping for a vehicle and Daniel was so nice to work with. I was torn between a couple vehicle models and he patiently went over all the different features of both vehicles. We went on a couple test drives and he was very friendly and personable along the way. Great hospitality at Crown Honda. Would definitely recommend seeing Dan for all your car inquiries.

I highly recommended this store especially Gilbert Ortiz and his team for an outstanding service. We've been through 2 dealership looking for a car that will be suited for our family and since we are a newcomer, they were not able to help us. But when we went to Crown Honda and Gilbert assist us, they really made an extra effort to see to it that we will get a car. For those newcomer who wants to get a vehicle for your family, don't waste your time looking for different dealers. Just drop by to Crown Honda and look for Gilbert Ortiz and definitely he will help you. Thank you Crown Honda!!

We were extremely happy with our service at Crown. So much so that we will be purchasing from them again later this year to replace our aging second car. Andrew, our salesman, was very personable, and found the exact car we wanted for us. We hate buying cars, but it was a pleasure. In addition, Bob from finance did a wonderful job describing our options. Could not be happier with our experience!

First time dealing with crown and honda and when i first walked in my intention was to just take a quick look at the pilot before we completely wrote it off and was very pleasantly surprised by the vehicle and even purchased one in the end. Our sales associate Hansel was very easy to talk to was polite and made the experience of test driving and negotiating easy. I also dealt with the sales manager Glenn after a issue with the finacial associate and found him exceedingly helpful and understanding in the handling of our problem. I would definitely go back if I had to purchase another car.
