This is my first time owning a Toyota brand. The facility is very welcoming. I had a great experience with this dealer even though it took us a year to actually received the vehicle. Jeth truthfully explained the situation and kept me updated about the status of my order. Now that we have the Sienna 2023, my kids are really loving it.
Good customer service goes a very long way in today's digital world. Carter and Messiah both displayed professionalism and made me feel valued during my vehicle purchase. Both of them listened to out needs and I felt like both cared for making sure we got into the right car. I was shopping for other vehicles and was actually set on buying from the competition, however one thing the competition was missing was the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable approach that Carter displayed. He made me feel more than just a customer and went above and beyond in trying to find a vehicle that I would he happy in and could drive away that day. I have no problem recommending McPhillips Toyota to friends and family as I know the client will be treated right.
First time to buy a brand new car, and I am happy with my experience with Toyota McPhillips. All staffs greeted us with a smile. Kelly and Hardit provided us with the information that we need and we're not pushy. I also appreciate that they were honest and did not tell us things that they cannot fulfill. So glad that we're able to get the car on time.
SO HAPPY!!! Ed Sapnu in sales is amazing! He really took care of us, from start to finish, and even went above and beyond what was expected. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase! And never once did we feel like we were burdening him with all of our questions. And we had a lot!! Ed was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with everything, that I'd say this was hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. We also had the pleasure of working with Kelly Carter, in financing, who was also amazing! She was very informative, pleasant, and easy to work with! One of the biggest things I noticed about the team at McPhillips, is that they really care. They're also very honest and open about everything, which is really refreshing! We went to several dealerships before Mcphillips Toyota, and I can tell you, after the treatment and service we received, we'll definitely purchase from here again! They are outstanding!!!
Grant at McPhillips Toyota is the absolute best! He went above and beyond to get me a much needed part for my Toyota Tundra! He ordered it ‘urgent’ because I needed to make an important trip and needed my truck. He is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I plan on going back and seeing him whenever I require urgent repairs for my Tundra!
Purchased our vehicle with the help of Jendrik. He was amazing and would highly recommend him to family and friends. I would like to thank Erfan, Toyota product advisor, for assisting me in my purchase of a 2022 Corolla LE. I appreciate the fact that he lined up a vehicle for me right away. I didn't have to wait 4 to 6 months to get a new car. This was a blessing, since my old car was a 2002 Toyota Corolla.
