In December 2017, Donnie installed rear brake pads and rotors on my SUV. A problem emerged with the rear brakes a few months later. I called Donnie and he didn't duck the problem. He was good to deal with, honored his work and promptly fixed the issue. I appreciated his going above and beyond. He takes pride in his work and in doing a solid job for his customers.

Helped me have my Volvo towed in and took care of all it's problems right away and had it back on the road quickly. So happy I found this place! Best customer service and down to earth people. 😊

Had my windshield replaced recently. The work was done well, quickly and for the best price we could find. Customer service was great as well. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who asks (I did today actually).

In a world if questionable mechanics, Don is not one of them. He is the only guy i trust with my car. You can expect honesty and integrity, he is a great guy and mechanic. Ive never had a negative experiance dealing with Action Auto.

Not the greatest experience here. Oil change cost same as one of those quick lube pricey places but without the extra checks and fluid additions. I wouldn't return. just easier going elsewhere .
