So yesterday at 3:55pm  I ended up pulling over as I had a flat. At 4:20 Graves towing picked me up and delivered me to Craft Auto Repair, where I was met by 3 guys in the shop.

They guaranteed me that I would be back on the road in time for dinner. They found the leak, fixed it and got me on my way before 5 pm.

I was officially impressed with the service and response, and not at all depressed with the bill.

Craft Auto Repair Services is the BEST!!! Hands down. I was having an issue with my car, and was unsure of what was wrong. Devon was able to repair the issue, and its running like a dream.  Thank you CARS and Devon. You guys ROCK!!!!!!

I've driven to this shop in Barrie all the way from Waterloo and Toronto on snow covered and icy roads to get repairs diagnosed and done. They get the work done right every time at a fair price, no high pressure sales and no selling you things you don't need. 

When it comes time to pay the bill I actually feel good about paying it and when I get back behind the wheel I can feel and hear the the difference in my truck and that is why I go there and if I break down I will be towed there regardless of distance. 

They right opposite a GO transit station as well should you need to leave the vehicle there for a bit.  

Very few garages like this still around.
