Avoid these guys at all cost. If your insurance company tells you to go here I would fight them on it. Released  my vehicle with 2 different coloured headlights and balked at repairing it. Took a month & a half to get it fixed. A couple months later, right headlight is loose. Take in to dealership and find light was not set correctly in the "socket". When the dealership corrects the loose light , they find that Assured didn't line up light with the grill, bumper or right quarter panel. Insurance company says to go back to Assured to fix it. I tell them that there's not a hope in hell that's going to happen. I paid out of pocket at the dealeship before I would go back to Assured. Now it looks like I'll have to wait and see if the paint comes off after reading all these other reviews. DON'T GO TO ASSURED IS THE LESSON HERE FOLKS!!!

My wife did not do her due diligence and check out the online reviews before taking it to this place.  She gets her car back after it taking a LOT longer than she was quoted (almost triple the amount of days - seriously how does it take so many days to do a simple task...) and right from the start of her getting it back there are MULTIPLE PROBLEMS as the car does not work properly or sound proper...My wife was recommended these idiots by our insurance, if your insurance recommends these people STAY AWAY...we watched one KID working there who parked someone's vehicle after I assume they had worked on it and he nearly hit my car while backing it up to park the vehicle...I was thinking who is this idiot and then I realized he worked here, just wow, seriously how do you work at an auto-body shop and not know how to park a vehicle...STAY AWAY from these incompetents...

I will never take my vehicle to is company again. They fixed my AC after a collision. After picking up the car the AC didn't work. I called to have them fix it to which they said it wasn't working because it's winter and the AC won't work during winter (a complete lie). Finally got it back into their shop and it turns out a line was loose. No apology from the service rep. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

If you're looking for your vehicle to be repainted - DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! I brought my truck in to have the grill repainted because there was a noticeable scratch on it. Picked it up the next day and the scratch was still noticeable and it felt like sandpaper to the touch. Said that this is not acceptable and we're not paying for this service, we could have buffed it out ourselves. They said that they would redo it the next day. I come back the next day to look at the grill and there is what appears to look like a stone chip in the same area of the original scratch that was not painted over, just clear coated over. So now I have a very visible white chip (my truck is black) beside the scratch that was not there when I dropped it off originally. We said that we are not paying for this and then the 'manager' says we don't discount. He went on and on about his service technicians time and needs to be paid for that. I said you needed to do what was asked and make it look original. The bill was discounted by $50, which is not nearly enough. Needless to say, if you need your vehicle painted, don't bring it here. There is no attention to detail. They merely push vehicles out as fast as possible with the hopes people don't look to closely. Terrible service!!! Lesson learned... the hard way!

I would recommend anywhere else.
Every panel they 'fixed' on a brand new car bubbled out within months.  They did try and try and try again but never did good job.  Within months the paint would bubble out again like a car 20 years old.  Really disappointed that in there work and a waste of my time to keep going back for further repairs.
