NEVER EVER EVER! Had a 2000 Jetta TDI from new. After warranty, needed brakes and struts and I wanted some custom parts installed. Ordered TT bushing, bearings and stab links, took them to Midas. They changed the brakes, but had to change them 4 times in 20k because they kept warping ... inferior garbage. When they changed the struts they wrapped the ABS wiring the wrong way around the strut. Turning out of the lot, the ABS wires snapped and they wouldn't accept responsibility. I took it to VW and they showed me on the car how the wiring was incorrectly placed.  Then the bushings and such which should have improved the handling ... didn't. I looked under the car and they were the old ones. Went back to Midas and noticed one of the mechanics had  the same car, low and behold it was easy to see my brand new TT parts on his car. A little angered I went into the shop to complain and the big goon physically threatened me. Think I'll ever go to a Midas anywhere on this planet again? Nope.

My experience: The day before yesterday, I dropped the car at night with the key indicating a problem with my back breaks: Like they were going to fell off at any time, kind of noise. Received a voice mail at 9:30 the day after, that my car was fixed but that I didn't have to pay since it was a simple adjustment! They changed all my breaks early spring, so they may not give their service for free each time, but in term of honesty, they certainly earn my trust on this one. I would certainly recommend them and until proven otherwise, I will certainly go back for the next issue with the cars.
