Great service from a great team of mechanics. They serviced my truck at a price no other shop could beat and with quality work. Highly recommend, and glad I finally have a mechanic in Barrie I can trust.

Literally the best ever. 15 minutes down the 400 on a trip from Barrie to Nova Scotia our check engine light came on flashing. Took it to the Honda dealership, said they couldn't even look at it for 3 hours and it would probably be days to have it fixed. Called around and other places were quoting us at 150 dollars or more just to check the problem and we'd have to wait hours and no guarantee it would get fixed right away. Went to The Honda Specialist and Mike took us in immediately, and told us he would get the parts and have it fixed within a few hours and we could be back on our way. He saved our trip, his prices were very reasonable, and our car feels like it drives better than it ever has. Super nice guy, and he communicates very well what is wrong with your vehicle, and how much it will cost you. Will be recommending him to everyone, and I'm super sad I'm moving out of province, I would pack his shop up and take it with me if I could.

Mike and his team are honest and kind professionals who have always gone above and beyond to help me with my automotive troubles. Being a single mom of a little baby, money is tight and you don't know who you can trust as far as mechanics go, Mike always gives me a fair price and door to door service. I could not ask for more and I will always give Mike my business.

Mike and Doug did a fabulous job putting my old rims on my winter tires. Their price was fair and reasonable. The winter/snowy weather was quickly approaching and they made sure that I was taken good care of before there were terrible road conditions. They are professional, friendly and courteous. I will definitely return to SSM for other auto service. Thank you both.
