Acme Comedy Club

We did dinner and a show. Food and drinks were alright.. I would definitely recommend the cakes for dessert! Enjoyed the show, great comics. Waitresses went to everyone around us though so we didn’t get a chance to order more drinks. I would still go back.

Absolutely love this comedy club! They have free shows for the month of your bday and an 'Acme insider' club free to get updates on shows etc. Be sure to check out their page for shows and specials. There is a parking across the street metered. The restaurant Sticks is by it where on certain occasions you can get a meal package and the show. The price of the desserts were a bit high. We got the flourless chocolate cake for $10 and expected it to be larger.

The show we saw was great. The seating was pretty good without being too crowded. I only got one drink. The drink was a little expensive but not overly so. With the cheap price of the tickets, it's overall a pretty good deal. They offer student discounts and benefits on your birthday month, so if you're on the fence, look at these options and give it a go. If you like comedy at all, it should be a good night.

Loved the Acme Comedy Club space. You sit in comfortable chairs around small tables that hold your drinks. This is a roomy set up for those of us who struggle to squeeze into traditional theater seats. We saw Brad Upton on a Wednesday night in a sold out performance. Parking was plentiful right across the street. Sticks restaurant is on site for those who wish to dine before the show. We did not so I can't speak to that. I would readily agree to go again. Very pleasant evening out.

We went there on New Year’s Eve. We did the dinner and the show. The dinner was great and we had a fun showtime. Great jokes. However they sat us during the show at a corner where no one should be seated. The waitress with the blue hair ignored our calls for something to drink and it was difficult to sit through the entire show and no even water. I sent them email about this but no word from them. We would not return.

First time here, and I wasn't disappointed at all! It was open mic night, and even the audience didn't disappoint. Some performers were very good and others not quite, but the audience encouraged each of the performers. It was a long drive, but I will be making it again soon. Thank you Acme for such a great venue for comics and audiences alike!

Fun place. Glad to see comedy clubs like this open now. We were well spaced out. Drinks were affordable but not outstanding. Comedy was good. Headliner was great. Excellent value for the price of admission.

It was fun, we did the dinner and a show. The food was good our waitress was awesome and I loved how they ushered everyone to thier seats for the show. Drinks were good and not over priced, service was good a little slow where we sat next to the stage, but that's understandable not wanting to disrupt the show! I have to say the though the warm up comedians were difficult to watch...one man especially completely bombed it was so cringy. Idk what could be done about that but it was clear the first comedians sets were their first rodeo, I felt so much secondhand embarrassment for them...but hey at least they tried i guess, my bf couldn't even look at the stage and HIS face turned red for them! Ian Bagg was good, he did a lot of the same bits or jokes but that's understandable...I just wish he WOULD'VE picked me or my bf...cause we would've given him a ton of material...I'm 15 years older than my bf, I am a pro arm wrestler...there is so much more he would've found hilarious! I recommend Acme to everyone and will go again...i have tickets for this weekend!

Excellent venue to see up and coming comedians perform live in the twin cities. Comfortable seating, lots of staff if you want a beverage. Go and enjoy.
