I write the bad review due to the customer service on the phone. I want to be able to call and talk to someone at the store however I can't speak to anyone in the actual store. The phone number listed is for their corporate or head office. They refuse to let you speak to someone at the store unless you have their first and last name. I wanted to get a few things put aside for an employee who was stopping by and wasn't sure what to be getting. I was told I had to place an order over the phone and it would be ready in a few hours or I would have to just do the order in the store. The actual customer service inside of the store is great and I have never had an issue. If they changed the way their system worked, and listed an actual number for the storefront I would change my review.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I order online just so I don't have to speak to these people
