ordered some paint a week ago, told me come pick up the paint nxt thursday in the morning, and when i get here around 12, staff told me they received a lot of stuff but no time to find my paint yet.told me come back later, and they have 5 staff just standing in the front counter doing nothing！what a “great” experience

I haven't actually been to the store, but considering that the website hasn't got a catalogue on it so I can search to see if they stock what I need (before I waste my time going there), that doesn't say much.
