After looking on line for a barbecue that met my needs I had decided on a Napoleon Grill. The Langley home hardware is a premium sales center for this brand and had good reviews so I decided to check them out. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and immediately asked if we could be helped. I was assisted by the owner who asked what I was looking for. He had unfortunately just sold his floor model but showed me a couple of other models that had the same features. And he had my model in stock in a box. I bought it on the spot. The price was lower than what I had found on line and in a competing store, and I was also given a number of bonus items from Napoleon as well. I assembled the BBQ the next day only to discover Napoleon uses a 1/2 inch line and my house uses a 3/8th. The following week I called back they knew exactly what I needed in the way of an adapter and put one aside at no cost. When I picked it up the owner was present and apologized that he had forgotten to provide one when I bought it. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They remembered who I was when I called and when I returned. They have an amazing selection of BBQs as well as great pricing. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of a new bbq.

Very helpful staff. They have alot of good products. A little pricey but it us close to home within walking distance so it saves me alot of time in the long run. Would definitely recommend

So at first I was politely asked if I needed hp finding anything, but I simply wanted to browse what they had at this home hardware. I immediately felt judged for wanting to just "browse" and was obnoxiously followed by Staff every second I was in the store which made me feel super uncomfortable for my whole experience. Then once I was so excited to have finally found a store that carried what I needed I was asked to leave the store... Nobody else was followed like I was or treated the way I was. This was pure rudeness, profiling and honestly degrading. I regret to say that I will be back once more only because it's my only option for Mt kind of paint

Small cramped little store had what I wanted twice

Great little hardware store. They have a little bit of everything. I appreciate the customer service I get there compared to the big stores.

Shaq helped us with a BBQ that is sitting on the other side of the equator. Right parts and one part on order will bring new life to this rustic cooker
