Be kind and considerate, pay attention to what customers have to say about your standard products, and take ownership of any items sold to consumers. The store worker and manager refused to exchange after many efforts were made, claiming that it was already opened. How can I know it wasn't just working, then? But regardless of what they had done, I brought it back. I'm enraged by their rotten mindset.

A couple of times now I've driven through the parking lot late at night and seen a car parked in the front of the building, the first time I drove by I didn't think much of it, but I turned around and asked the driver what music he listened to so I could listen to it.nnAfter I asked the driver he told me what he listened to I spun around, played the music, waved and drove away. I came back the next day late at night again and the same guy was sitting there, I drove up and said hey, he remembered me and I asked his name. He told me his name was Matt, again Matt was super friendly to me and we had a conversation about our music interests. After a while I drove away and didn't come back for a few days, I came back tonight and saw Matt sitting there again, I drove over and said hello again to him, and he was super nice again. Matt told me he works security and from what I can tell he's a super good guy, I'd give Matt a 5 star review.
