Store in Westchester Mall has worst Customer Service. Firstly I doubt if we have a manager at all for this store, all I see is kids who are just busy in their own world. Secondly the staff is not knowledgeable on their items and return policies. When said something they just are so rude and make faces as if custo met are fools. A&F better handle it well specially during weekend, it's the only time where most ppl come in and just two people to handle the counter.

I was in here yesterday shopping for my daughter and was very uncomfortable with the teenage girl at the register. There was a woman who brought up a pair of jeans and was taken aback by the high price. The teenage employee was so rude to her rolling her eyes and loudly and rudely announcing that they were full price. It was uncomfortable to witness the womans confusion and the teenagers attitude.
