Poorly managed store with terrible customer service. Tried to return a pair of shoes bought online that were defective and they they wouldn't do it because they were bought online and I wore them for a little while. This after rep on the phone said it would be no problem and it says right on the Cole Haan website that shoes bought online can be brought to store for return. Manager was clueless and dismissive. Called Cole Haan customer service who, again, was happy to help and sent me label to return the shoes. Very much appreciated the good customer service from their people on the phone, but this store in White Plains is awful

Buyer beware. Bought a pair of Grant's Driving shoes and called Cole Haan to return and repair and they refused to do anything without a receipt. I had only worn the shoes 10 to 15 times and the side stitching came undone and the whole side of the shoe unwound. Would recommend buying shoes from a company that stands behind their product. They are owned by Nike

Will buy again. Thanks to Stephanie(manager) and Jose(sales person). For making my day,...rocking my new shoes. They were able to get me the right shoes in style and color for my gift exchange. Jose you are hero for saving the sale and listening to my preferences, once again thanks and because of you I'll come back for my next Cole Haan shoes.

I called this store to find out if they have a bag since it was sold out online. They didn't have it in stock but took down my details (credit card, address, etc) and said they would be able to order it for me, and deliver in time for Christmas. Three days later, I still didn't get a call with a tracking number for my package, but my credit card had been charged so I thought the bag was on its way. I called the White Plains store again just to make sure, and they hadn't even located the bag! They were "in the process of calling stores to see if they had it" and said they would call me back. This was only 3 days before the bag was promised to be delivered to my house (and 5 days before Christmas)! I only had to call two stores in the city to find the bag I wanted, why was it so hard for them to do it?! The whole process was incredibly frustrating and they didn't even apologize! Terrible customer service.
