Went in to purchase a new Apple Watch, knew exactly what I wanted. Was told I had to go on a cue since I didn’t have an appointment, which was expected. I then watched another customer walk in without an appointment to buy a watch and be assisted right away. When the employee that added me to the cue saw what happened she advised her co-worker that I was first and should be helped.. I waited ten more minutes, was not helped and walked out without my watch.
My mom went to this Apple Store a few weeks ago to fix her iPhone 11, which I asked her to do. It was dropping calls. The folks at this Apple Store took a quick look at it, said it was water damage, and sold her a new phone for $400 same older model. They also kept her in the store for hours while getting her on her new phone and when she requested to get up and get a book they kept her there and said don’t leave the area. Thats absurd.nnIt had the same problem on the new phone. It was still dropping calls. They didn’t fix anything.nnOnce we replaced the SIM card at AT&T for the cost of $5, she was all set. Now the phone works just fine.nnI’m frustrated. They misdiagnosed the problem, sold her a new phone when the old one was fine, and wasted our time.nnIt’s also not something we can return because They Kept The Old Phone, despite my mother requesting to keep it. It was an unlocked phone, the old phone was fine, and what I’d like to be able to do right now is complete a return, but since the old phone is no longer in our possession, that’s impossible.nnApple is notorious for failing in the realm of the “Right to Repair” but failing to repair a $5 SIM card, the ONLY part of an iPhone that is accessible to repair, isnInexcusable.
I first want to thank William! I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the differences in MacBook Air and pro, he also mentioned the student discount and the Apple coverage, which both were needed. This was my first time at this store and I was helped right away, and William so kind to make my experience easy.nApple Store please give William a raise. I appreciated your time.
I went to return my iPhones at this location, where a specialist resembling comedian Leo Gonzalez seated me at a table to wait. After a few minutes, he began the return process, which at other Apple Stores is usually straightforward. However, he meticulously inspected the first phone as if he suspected tampering, even after it passed remote diagnostics. After briefly leaving, he returned to assess my second phone, comparing it with display models and bringing another specialist to examine it closely. Considering I had just purchased these phones the day before and hadn’t even activated them, I felt unnecessarily scrutinized and asked if there was a problem. He simply smiled and replied, “We are just checking.” Ultimately, he processed the return, I received my gift cards and left, feeling unfairly labeled. I most certainly will NEVER AGAIN return to this location. Seemed more like a Best Buy or that local Metro PCS spot. Go to other Apple Stores, where you will be treated well.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. All the staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was unable to get serviced due to my late appt however they made sure my phone was functional before I left. All of this while my son was having behaviors. Great customer service. Thank you.
