I worked for johns company for 5 months ,and here is what he used to tell me ,whenever the customers are paying hourly,he wants us to work slow,so,that he can get more hours,,he used to actually slow me down ?so many time things were getting damaged,but they never mention,it,and also the reason why i stopped working for him was because he rips off workers,he never had my social insurance number,and he use to tax me ,and give me cash or a cheque every 3 days,he is rude,filthy,disgusting,and he is a big lier,to be honest ,he promised me a job,recently,i went all the way from Vancouver to surrey early morning,and texted him tried calling him to let him know that i arrived,i waited for over 1 hour,and no response yet,im not interested in working for those people,he actually used to hire people from his own country and pay them cash,they were illegally working nevertheless never again!

Showed up last minute because another company canceled. Brought a ton of guys and got the job done quickly and easy, saved the day.

When I spoke with John on the phone,he quoted me a price for 2 men and a truck. The day of the move I get a call saying he's sending 4 guys as it would be faster. It wasn't any faster at all and in fact it cost more in the end than 2 movers cost on my previous move! They also failed to mention the damage to the leg of my couch and rub marks on my dining room table. When I called to discuss my damage he just dismissed it as apparently they left and I was 'happy' and that was that.... I discovered the damage later that evening when I moved my couch to allow the Telus installer access an my table while unpacking. No accountability whatsoever and even tried to make it as if the damage was there prior to my move.The couch is 3 months old! Very unprofessional way to treat customers. NEVER AGAIN!
