Maple Leaf Self Storage

Greatly recommend this location. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Was able to downsize to a smaller storage locker upon consultation without any issues which saved me me money. Used it for approx 7 months before I moved cross country. Great from beginning to end.

So after I was wrongly charged late fees (see my previous review) and I complained, they then raised my rent - by over 10%! Could be coincidence or a punitive measure. I found them to be great at the start and then quickly found out that this business could care less about helping clients and more about the bottom line. It is probably a great service if you do not run into issues. Otherwise, buyer beware.

Awesome customer service. Very helpful and genuinely nice, especially Spanish lady. The buildings are always clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

The staff here is great. They are friendly and helpful. The storage space is kept clean.

Great customer service, helpful staff, and a clean and well-maintained facility. Used for a short-term storage while moving and would absolutely do so again.
