I can see why they’re not rated highly, but I had a neutral experience. The customer service is not the greatest, but they get the job done. Very authoritative and direct, which is great if the place is busy… but it wasn’t. I went for purolator drop off, so it was pretty quick.

Wow amazing. The woman that runs this place is a super star. So small so busy and she is able to keep her composure. With people non stop complaining she was still able to be polite,positive and efficient. I feel sorry that the courier companies screw people over and she has to hear about it. Keep up the good work.

The location is quite fine and organized complying with recent health orders during the global pandemic see image The parcels seem to be filed accordingly in an orderly manner. It didn't take long for the staff to wrap up the previous client's business and serve me. Within minute, my item was located after inputting the tracking info on the system from the delivery slip I provided. I was concerned as the previous comments with negative experiences, but today I experienced service as expected.

The business is ran as an amateur, side gig by the owner. I tried to drop-off 2x 55 inch TVs as Amazon returns and the customer representative was simply "I'm sorry, we can't receive it but you can leave it there outside the business locked area at your own risk. I explained that I checked Purolator's website and there were no instructions or notes on the size/weight they could receive. I also explained that I had taken work time and driven all the way there. She suggested I'd drive to another city to drop it off directly at Purolator's depot. I was flabbergasted with her suggestion. She then said "I" should call Purolator and schedule a pick up. I couldn't believe my ears. I said that she, as Purolator's drop off partner, should do the call if that was unusual to them. She kept declining any real assistance. I suggested she should call the owner and she said the owner was working and shouldn't be bothered. I finally convinced and she made the call. The owner was just as unhelpful as the representative. She told me she had "the right" to decline receiving my drop-off as they didn't have a way to deal with drop offs of that size 2x 55 inch TVs. She suggested the same as the representative. I told them both that they were Purolator's representatives and they were "creating a work" for the customer instead of performing that themselves. They shrug off so I left. I drove it to another location that happily took the returns. I made sure to call Purolator to open a formal complaint against the business and asking them to have information regarding any restrictions added to their website. I usually go local, as this business, but some local business are just posed to die.

Absolutely lovely! First time amazon return via Purolator and the girl at the counter was so helpful. She printed the proper labels for the QR code and wrapped everything up... she made it incredibly easy! Thank you so much.

I'll ask for a refund if $6 plus as twice they failed to email my scanned photo to my Victoria publisher. I was not informed. They didn't reply to phone call and next time message box was full. Four days wasted.

I pick up packages from here all the time with no issues. Keep up the great work.

I went to return a package with a printed label, they gave me a pouch to put the label in and it sticks to the package so the label won’t get wet. It’s very nice.

They only have one person at the desk, and I ended up having to wait like 45 minutes to pick up my package because of the line.

First of all thank you for the comments! Sorry for the un satisfied customers, however most the comment here is very not related towards our service, customers blaming this store if the driver didn’t deliver their packages and when they come to the location and if not there ready for pick up they thinks it’s our fault, first of all we don’t work for any couriers, we are only a drop off location in this city, and if you wish to go and pick up your parcels in Richmond I will happily redirect there. Thank you
