I ran team was not told the trls are 90% spring ride reefer's very rough ride. The waiting is ridiculous in one month waited 6 time 4 to 12hrs to get load from the yard even when i came 1-2 hr early also once my load was switch without telling me. The 8 cent safety bonus hard to get when u r kept waiting.This kind of half ass work is not for me possibly one of the worst company to work for no schedules for loads.

The TransX tracking system is effectively useless, only stating when something left and when it arrived. That is not tracking.
