Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving co

If I could do 0 stars I would! Two moves with this company, both were terrible. The first move they overcharged and the second move they guaranteed me a 1-3pm time frame as I needed to book the elevator in my apartment building, and then didn't show up until almost 8pm!! No resolution from their team, terrible company to deal with.

Service was excellent and reliable. Had to move my girlfriends stuff to her new place, they took care of basically everything.

I had a great experience with Two Small Men. I called to book a move in an what was an extremely stressful situation. We needed out of our house fast. The company was booked solid during the time needed but the manager said he would get it done. Turns out he jumped on the moving truck and moved our stuff for us himself. Was great service, had no damage to our belongings and a stressful situation was de-escalated because of this. Would highly recommend to friends, and family. Thank you to the TSM staff!

Such an easy move! Cost was less than quoted as well! This was a move from Coquitlam to Kelowna and it couldn't have gone smoother. They picked up all of our stuff in the afternoon, kept it overnight in secure lock up and met us at our new home in the morning. Easy load and unload and no damage! Only 2 glasses broke! This was our first time using a mover and I would easily recommend these guys! Thanks for the help and the stress free service!

Greg and his team were great. The picked up our belongings from Vancouver and brought them to our house in North Van. They were great. Fast, efficient, careful, they were polite and were very customer friendly. They did a great job.
