Ricky's All Day Grill

Great family Diner in Red Deer Alberta. Friendly staff, fresh eats, great comfortable seating. Was greeted right away, sat and started eating within 20-25 mins of getting there. Will definitely go back! Kids meals come with free drink refills and an ice cream sundae

Went for lunch with a friend, we arrived at noon and were seated a few minutes later. Place was about 40% full. We place our orders about ten minutes later. Roughly about thirty minutes after we had placed our order a customer who was seated before we got seated, went to the bar and complained that he had been waiting forty five minutes for his order, who then proceeded to leave. Well about ten minutes passed and we received our order. At that time, the server acknowledged that we had waited beyond a reasonable amount of time. The food was hot, but nothing suggested why it would take forty plus minutes to receive our food. When the server returned to collect our dishes, she mentioned that it was a tough transition period, where the restaurant was trying to embrace the reemergence of the public with a skeleton kitchen staff.

Very cozy atmosphere, and the staff were very accommodating. We had a bigger crowd than expected, but they still just carried on as per usual. The food was good. It's nice that all day breakfast is an option.Food: 4/5

Stopped in here for lunch just before 12. Lots of open seating. Our meals were delivered in about 20 minutes. The waitress was very friendly. I had the full meal lasagna with garlic bread and caesar salad. The lasagna was very tasty and filling. I probably should have just ordered the half sized lunch version. The salad and garlic bread were good as well. The ambiance was to be expected for this type of restaurant.

Good location right off the highway, staff was friendly and made conversation. The location was fairly clean one issue was crumbs being all over the seat when we first arrived. Food was on par with other Ricky's location which means it was great.
