Delayed update BUT 1 star remains. We thought we would give this location another shot over 1.5 years later on December 24, 2024. I don't know if this is every location now, however, this SHRINKFLATION is absolutely deplorable and disgusting. A double teen costs $10.49 in Canada yet what they are serving in lillooet definitely is not worth that. I'm including a picture for this review. It now appears that they don't even use proper burgers anymore instead they look like preformed crap like you would get at McDonald's. It's supposed to have bacon yet it has MAYBE 1 piece cut in half but doubtful. My hubby got an uncle bacon cheddar and he got 2 pieces of bacon cut in half. So what happened to quality no antibiotic real meat burgers with 2 full pieces of bacon. Cause this burger makes my decision not to eat here again even more validated.nnWell don't know who took over but your customer service has gone to the garbage. As of today June 20, 2023 at 12:55 pm you lost two LOCAL customers. Why because your drive thru staff couldn't be bothered to do their job properly or even listen. Took 4 times saying the first part of the order and the second part wasn't even taken. No apology or anything from the guy working the window when he was told the order wasn't even finished. Just ignored it.
Very clean place ,good quality food ,the best A&W I HAD .Amazing Mountain view ,place to stop and with $10 for spicy burger ,friesexcellent and pop is affordable and tasty. Recommended for lunch or have a break on your travel .This is not sponsored review ,don't know the owners , I was first time in Lillooet and like it there.
1st time in Lillooet visiting a real estate development site and stop by here for a quick snack. The staff was very helpful and our Teen Burgers came out fast. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Overall great energy in the venue and people. I had got two spicy chicken habanero sandwiches, their buns had mold growing on them. And when I had gone back to show them, they did not even apologize about the inconvenience. The lady said they must have forgotten to check the bun because it was busy. The customer service here has been terrible recently.
The establishment is your typical A&W with standard offerings. The service was average; nothing particularly stood out. The food was okay, consistent with what you might expect from a fast-food chain. However, cleanliness was a bit of an issue during my visit—some tables were not properly cleaned, and the staff seemed to struggle with keeping up with dirty dishes.
