We were here for a rest stop on the way from Vancoucer to Whistlee.nnFood was good. We have a chicken burger in a bun, a chicken burger in lettuce, and onion rings.nnA&W was not as crowded as McDonald’s, so it was kind of more relaxing. However, it was way more expensive as well. Two of us could easily go more than $30 here. Fast food is not cheap nowadays and A&W is like a premium fast food chain.nnTables are not always clean. Sometimes you need to wait for quite a long time for a washroom.
Got some food after a camping trip, and went to get a burger, I ordered 2 double buddy burgers with cheese and 2 hash browns, I didn’t realise until I was half way done the second burger that the bun was covered in mould… doesn’t seem like they care much at all about the food quality here. Sucks because I really enjoyed A&W and will most likely not return, if I do become sick within the next few days I will be returning for further action.
I was sooo exited for a new frozen lemonade for a hot summer day.nThey have frozen mugs for the drink but they don’t serve frozen lemonade with frozen mug. I asked for it and they said “We don’t do that” Only for the regular drink.nbut why?nnSo I asked if I can change my drink and have refund for the difference after I paid but I was told that They can’t do that… Why???nnThis is a only fast food restaurant that I can’t change my order when I order over the counter.nn———-nnDirty and not being cared.nI was there about 30min and drink paddle on the floor was so clear to see from the cashier but never bothered by the staff. nSame to the garbage.nnOwner needs to have more employees to keep the store cleaner and better service.nBut I also saw “don’t care” employee.
I love this location,its my favourite spot whole over in BC.Staff are so friendly,smiling.How much busy they are ,they make sure the serve customers efficiently.No mistakes all these yearsnWashrooms are so cleannRestaurant is so clean
If I keep eating these Vegan burgers, I'm going to pop! I love the location here and the drive. And the reward is a beautiful Plant Based burger, prepared perfectly. 1 Complaint. manager should make sure the service people improve their English.
