The only reason there's is one star is because google won't let you put less. I came in this morning through thevdrive through. I orders two bacon n eggers, the flipping eggs where rotten. Now. I'm no expert but that could kill some elderly people. This place needs to be shut down. I contacted. The Alberta health board as many Of you seeing this should call them two.

I ordered a teen burger with a chicken buddy burger. Because I order the chicken buddy burger so often, I know it takes approx. 4 minutes to cook. So when I ordered it, they handed me my order so quickly that I knew it had to of been cooked recently or they gave me one that was sitting out. I went home to eat it and it was disgusting. It was rock hard, tasted almost stale, and I had to throw it away. Im truly disappointed because this is usually my go to place for a good burger but this is the second time in a row this has happened. I work in a restaurant myself and the staff at A&W Sylvan Lake need to know that putting time and effort into food makes a huge different. Quality over speedy service is always a priority. Customers don't mind waiting if their food is delicious!

Normally have a great breakfast here. Been doing it everyday for about four weeks. Today is the first time I got crappy service. BECKY decided to ignore me after giving me a smile like a smile was sufficient. Then when i wanted water, again it was a fake smile then ignore.Take my order and leave your attitude outside. If you're having a bad day do what everyone else does. Sick it up buttercup.
