Boston Pizza

We placed an order for delivery, 2 burgers and a kids meal. They called us 10 minutes after we placed our order and told us they had NO burgers left. They asked us what we wanted instead so we chose beef dips. Our total came to more than the original!! The food got here and it was terrible. The beef was way fatty and the buns were soggy. To say our meal was not only over prices, but not satisfying at all.

Orders always wrong too many times. Order pizza with green peppers and get green onion. Ask to leave it in the oven for a few extra minutes because it shows up soggy everytime. This one showed up extra soggy and cold stiff by the time it got here. Who orders green onion on a pizza. Ive previously recieved someone elses order which they wanted back to deliver to the customer even though i mentioned i had opened it already before i realized it was ravioli under the cheese and not spagetti. Not big on leaving bad reviews but this is the worst bps ive dealt with. And living in alberta ive dealt with many. Sadly not much else to choose from in town. Wont order here again because its never what i expect. Theres more bad ratings then good for this location. Its the worst rated location i have seen. Its quite clear there is a serious management issue at this place. They represent the brand poorly.

Always touch and go depending staff, food is usually decent and wait times are reasonable. Even better if you catch them before or after rush periods. Havnt been disappointed yet and food is usually consistent for quality
