Obee's 2 For 1 Pizza & Pasta

The lady at the counter was Nice and Polite. The Pizza came out fresh and good in 15 minutes Flat. Good amount of toppings and tasted Good. Nice clean establishment. Close to the Lake. Lots of seating. Open late. Local business run with pride surrounded by Big name chains but still providing a Great Pizza at a Great Price! Keep it up! Corner Store at Varsity Mall. I'd order here again :)

I walked in with a smile on my face. Asked the owner (found out later ) if they had any specials. She , with a scowl on her face pointed at a stack of take out menu's and grunted unintelligibly. There son is even worse. He thinks he owns the parking lot and anything in it. Harassing me with "What did you pick up (3 times)". "Is it $ (3 times)". Very aggressively. It was a nickel.!!!??😲 Update!!! I've now been accosted buy the mother on my front porch. She walked walk right up on my front porch and insisted that I tell who I was, then I asked her to get off my porch. She started barking that I was lying and if I didn't take down my review she would call the police. Her actions and previous reviews prove otherwise. DENILE

Very sad to watch such a long standing local business go downhill. We thought we'd treat ourselves to pizza after a long shift out of town and our favourite spot is closed on Mondays. We decided to give Obees another chance and definitely regret it. Our $30 single serve pizzas tasted like they came out of a grocery store freezer with zero sauce and spam like meat. When we called to explain the female worker became flustered and without warning simply handed the phone to the owner. Lucky for him we're the first people in 25 years to complain about his pizza. I guess that explains their rating. We completely understand that mistakes happen and are more upset over the poor customer service than the lackluster pizza.

The most amazing and fantastic pizza I have ever ate! The owners are two amazing women who have the kindest hearts and bring awesome goodness into this world! 💖💖💖 Never been here before but I will be back!!! Sylvan Lake is so lucky to have such a special place in their town.
