Stop by Dairy Queen Sylvan Lake for a cold treat and good eats!!! Fast and friendly service and great food! Today we ordered a couple hot fudge sundaes. My favorite! They were very good and definitely hit the spot on a hot summer day!

Came yesterday for quick supper to escape the storm, ordered a chicken strip basket and a burger meal. We waited for a few minutes in silence at the intercom for somebody to take our order, which they only did once we asked if anybody was even there. We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes at the drive thru window, where there were probably around 6 or 7 staff members behind the counter just standing and staring at the screen. I am struggling to understand why it took so long to prepare an order for two if they have so many staff standing around doing nothing.

Bought a large poutine to share with my my husband. Wish I could post a pic of how sad and disgusting it was. Staff apparently couldn't be bothered to even try and stir out the clumps from the gravy , once all were placed to the side there was literally no gravy left. Needless to say we had 2 bites each and gave up. Normally I would chalk it up to just another disappointment from our local DQ, but this time I am annoyed enough to write a review. My husband has spent most of the last month in hospital due to an outpatient procedure that went seriously wrong, and tonight he thought he might have an appetite and actually had a craving for poutine. How very, very disappointing.

Cook gave me 8 chicken strips. That’s the goat right there. Made me forgive them for giving me 3 when I asked for 6 last time. Love you gang

Very disappointed stopped to buy three Dilly Bars for a family in Bentley that have Covid saved the cashier if she could put them in a container with some ice she had the check with the manager!! Manager came and said "sorry we don't have enough so go to Walmart and buy a bag" !!! I hope this is not the Sylvan Lake Way!!!very sad to give a local business our patronage and recieve this type of service!!I think you can do better! Don

staff all young kids opened up late 5 mins but while staring at the line up outside.. just general bad service all about giving young kids a chance to get in to work force, but maybe train the and set them up for right

Overall great place staff is friendly with minimal wait times! Everything was clean and well kept, thanks for the great experience

Nice & Clean, Excellent Service, Dine in was a good experience. Order was on my table in MINUTES! I love small towns and the Great people in these towns who still hold a lot of integrity!. Food tasted Good although Not a Great fan of fast food but it tasted Good and was presented and served just right. Hat's OFF! :

They need to pay more attention to order instructions. This is the second time I received an incorrect/incomplete order. I received a wrong drink, I asked if ketchup was in the bag before I drove off at the drive through, they said yes, I got home and there was no ketchup. I should have gotten 4 sundae coupons, they put only 3 on the bag I paid for 4 All these errors in one order is not normal, please pay more attention. And this is the second time this will happen to me at the same location.

Went in with my family, got a ton of food and ice cream. Burgers, chicken, everything was fantastic, service was amazing as well. Very well run establishment.
