A Bite of Sichuan

amazing place to get authentic sichuan cuisine! we came in close to closing but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. food was great — i don’t have a very good spice tolerance but i could enjoy pretty much all of the dishes we ordered. the crispy pork was perfectly crispy and not greasy at all, and the noodles were chewy and fresh. the 9-dish taster is a must!!!

The food is amazing. I can tell they are pretty authentic cuisines. The best thing is you can try multiple dishes thanks to the small portion and fair price. Happy to see a new Sichuan place open in town!

Came on a Sunday evening and happened to pass by this location which is located in the BOLD food hub which also had two other restaurants inside. The items at A bite of Sichuan are fairly priced and majority had that spicy mala flavour. There is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The Dandan noodles were bouncy and the crispy fried pork was crispy. They are both fairly spicy so warning to those who cannot take spicy foods to be careful. Overall an interesting location to try Sichuan dishes.

Love it. Such a great variety of dishes, and all of the ones we tried were so delicious. Try the fried mushrooms, spring rolls, beef and pork rice dishes. Outstanding!

Decent prices and absolutely delicious. Great for a quick snack. Be prepared for some hot spice and numbing spice at the same time. The lady serving us was very kind and brought us some water as we seated. Be sure to try the other 2 restaurants at this location.

A bite of Sichuan was amazing!! I love the platter where you can eat a little bit of everything ! My favorite item was the spicy jelly salad and the quail eggs everything was very fresh and spicy. The waiter was super kind and kept coming back to refill our water!

Best Sichuan/Chinese food I've had downtown! What a lovely establishment. The owners are courteous and the food is packed with flavour and beautifully presented.

I had both hot and cold dishes and they were all really flavorful. The combo of 9 wasn't as good as the individual dishes which was a little disappointing for the price. If you're going in blind, ask the staff what the dishes are and they'll be able to help. Honestly can't go wrong with picking random ones either if you like spicy food. Noodles are solid too but didn't get a picture of that because I ate it too fast

Food was authentic and delicious. Love that they come in small dishes so you can try a bunch. Great with friends! I wish they had a liquor license 'cause the only thing missing was beer to go with all the great spicy snacks.

Ordered Char Siew fried rice, Fried Pork and Chili wontons. All were amazing. The portions were smaller than expected but aligned with price. It's perfect because you can try more items on menu. Food is made to order so everything fresh and spice is perfect level of spiciness for me. enough to taste and feel chili but not to burn the tastebuds. The services is great, very kind servers and very clean impression of service clean plates, location, etc. It is in a location with Three Kingdom pizzas and a bubble tea place, but they are by far the standout.
