After doing some research online, I thought I found what I was looking for. I went over to see the BMW X3 listed at $15,995, however, surprised to see it at $16,995. The salesman was polite and said he will double check the price. He comes back and says the correct price is $15,995, I then requested that I would like an outside inspection done by BMW, he says no, inspections can only on site at a cost of $125. I said that I was paying cash and I wasn't going spend this money without a warranty. He said if I was paying cash, $16,495 would be purchase price without financing. I just walked out. This whole car buying experience left a bitter taste at this dealership.

I’ve purchased a car cash in a month of January A brand new car from the previous year. Salesman didn’t want to negotiate anything price even a free oilchange. I’ve stopped going there because every tuneups I’ve made they were trying to find issues to make extra money. So eventually I did some second inspection with other car dealers and guess what things were all about lies I remembered my first oil change the air used to come out of one tire. They told me it was scrapped after 8000 km. I told them instead of buying a new tire now I would keep this one so they patched it up before They asked me to buy the new one. Today I’m still running on the same tire 3 years later...

J’ai fait affaire avec Louis Pierre chez Hyundai Laval sur Cure labelle. Il est très professionnel, gentil, patient ( il a donner des crayons et des feuilles pour dessiner pour mes 2 jeunes enfants afin de les garder heureux et occupés.) Normalement les vendeurs d’automobile en général sont reconnus pour être des menteurs, et bien il y a toujours des exemptions, et Louis Pierre en fait partis! Si vous voulez avoir un bon service, avec des vrai informations sans aucune pression. Je vous recommande Louis Pierre vous ne serais pas déçu! Moïse Elbaz

Very slow, and bad service! And very arrogant management especially the technical director. They deleted my comments on social media and blocked me so I don’t post more. Stay away from this dealership. Ohh! I forgot to mention that they offer customers $25 for positive reviews on google which could explain some of the nice reviews you could bump into here. It’s a set up.

Honestly the service here is quick effective the only thing that I found really strange was when I wanted to speak to somebody in English they told me that there was one guy the assistant to the manager who could properly communicate to me in English about me wanting to discuss and possible trade of my lease to a bigger vehicle. I find it strange that the management there hires people that mainly communicate in French with no capacity to speak English or to negotiate in any other language besides French that seems a bit unfair and a bit disjointed since we live in a province where are bilingual. The receptionist herself spoke English well if I might add and the person that called me spoke English as well I just find it it's weird out of perhaps a staff of over 20 people who are salesman only one speaks English fluently?
