We have known Anastasia Dvorak of Elizar Estates Group for around 4 years now. We can say, without a doubt she is one of the kindest, caring, dedicated and helpful person we have ever gotten the pleasure of working with. Not only is she an amazing person, great mom and but she is also a remarkable Real estate agent. Her intelligence, professionalism, dedication, cultural consciousness, patience, sincerity, experience, organizational skills, flexibility, and refined judgement made our experience of both buying and selling a house stress-free, economical and enjoyable. Despite the recessed market conditions, she handled everything with a optimistic yet realistic attitude. She is a great negotiator and always keeps you in the loop. We were never unaware or confused concerning any of the proceedings as they were always explained to us in full detail. Moreover she is extremely resourceful, from professional photography to painting, interior decoration to replacing appliances, she helped us out with it all - always going the extra mile. If we were to buy or sell another house, we'd call her up in a heartbeat.

I really like the new page. Very easy to navigate, well designed, informative, elegant and you don't have to sign up to see details 👏👍👌. I think its the best listing page for Calgary properties; the list view is my favorite! Good job and best of luck Anastasia!

Anastasia has acted as my realtor, both in my capacity as a buyer and a seller. She has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations, notably when market conditions were particularly challenging, and I had been previously unsuccessful in dealing with another realtor in attempting to sell my home. Not only did Anastasia commit to hosting a number of Open Houses at a time when she was very busy caring for her newborn, she also used her own resources to stage my home, and hired an excellent professional photographer to showcase its most salient features. In addition, she offered to engage a well-known real estate lawyer with the most reasonable fee. Thanks to her tireless efforts, my home was sold in a timely manner to everyone’s satisfaction.

Working with Anastasia was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and not only helped me sell my house and find the perfect place for my family, but also kept me up to date on everything I needed to know throughout the buying and selling process. Anastasia’s professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the housing market made selling my house a positive experience even with the current market conditions. She was always available to answer questions and concerns, and would always give her honest opinion. She was able to provide me with a statistical report which allowed us to set our now sold house at the best price to sell with the deadline we had. I would recommend Anastasia to save you time, money and put your mind at ease when purchasing any property. Her negotiation tactics and ability to give us an unbiased opinion were incredibly valuable. We were her priority the whole time throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor!
