Peter Ng is an amazing Calgary realtor. He had infinite patience with me as I decided to move neighbourhoods to be closer to family. Peter listened to my wants and needs, and provided me with his professional opinion. I weren't very familiar with real estate and the communities in Calgary so Peter took the time to talk about the unique market conditions, the different neighbourhoods that I would like and how much we could expect to budget for a single family home. When I did eventually buy, I ended up with a beautiful home that I'm exceptionally happy with. Without Peter and his wonderful team of support staff, we probably would've got frustrated and maybe even given up. He brought up details we didn't even consider and he always had our best interests at heart, which is why we strongly recommend Peter the team at KORE!

Thanks to Jessica's connections and intimate knowledge of the real estate market in Calgary, we were the first ones to see this house when it was just listed. After the walkthrough, Jessica helped us find a price point that was perfect for both us and the sellers. The Calgary real estate market can be really difficult and a lot apparently depends on how oil is doing, but Jessica seemed to know everything. She was able to pull upcoming listings and ensure that we were the first people through the door. Her meticulous nature ensured that we left no stone unturned in our search for a house. I have worked with Jessica Ma in the purchase of my new home in the NW, and she has a unique combination of qualities that you can ever think of in a realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the market and has answers to all my questions. Jessica has been amazing since day one and has never disappointed us at any point and was very patient with my wife and I. She is very professional and definitely one of the best realtor out there. If I had to get a new house in the future, I will no doubt use her service again. She is a top notch Realtor, Five Stars !!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just wanted to say that I feel very lucky to have hired Jessica Ma to sell my house in Calgary. Before I sold, I didn't realize how much of a difference having a great realtor on my side would make. Thanks to her knowledge of the Calgary market, I was able to figure out a competitive listing price that would make potential buyers flock towards my house while still selling for enough for me to be happy. It doesn't matter whether you're buying or selling your home, I'd recommend Jessica and CIR Realty wholeheartedly.

It was a tremendously positive experience working with Peter Ng while buying my new town home! He is very passionate and excited about Calgary real estate, and he has a crazy amount of expertise in real estate and the Calgary market in particular. I was a first time home buyer, so it was nice to have a real estate agent who walked us through every step of the process and made sure everything was easy to understand. Peter has a lot of connections in Calgary, so he was able to put us in touch with everyone we'd needed, including our home inspector. A lot of our friends and family have bought new homes in Calgary in the past few years, but when we compare our experience to theirs, it's pretty clear using Peter Ng from CIR Realty | KORE Real Estate Team was the perfect choice, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in Calgary.
