123 Ink Cartridges

They don't do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. That is the core description of integrity. Tlhey don't have it. Back to Amazon. They at least try.

Really bad customer service online, haven't been in store. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. There are numerous complaints online for a reason.

Our company has purchased from 123ink now shopper+ for many years. We really appreciate their pick up service since the front desk boy is amazingly helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our future printing purchase.

I have purchased at front desk directly couple of times, and Timothy is always very helpful and professional. However, it really took a while all the time to get served since they only had one guy at front desk.

I used their pick up service. Called and confirmed prior to going to their warehouse. Unfortunately some of the cartridges I bought didn’t work, but Timothy was so helpful. They refunded me without asking too much question. I’ll definitely use them again for my future needs.

They could improve on their customer service a lot. Representative was not helpful at all. I find Madill a much better option even though 123ink prices are cheaper.
