Excellent customer service! I brought our Nissan Rogue for installation and first thing Dennis offered was to drive me to the nearest Starbucks where I can wait until they complete the installation. He then said the job should take about an hour but no, It was completed in less than 45 minutes. Kudos to you and your team. No wonder dealerships recommend your company.

I had a dashcam installed at my car dealership and then it had some issues after about 6 months and wouldn't record, I made an appointment and Dennis and Kelvin spent 20 minutes figuring it out and helping me out, they replaced the issue which was under warranty. Very helpful, patient, and respectful, especially when having to get into the car. I would recommend their advice and service.

Do not use this shop! They aren’t trustworthy and responsible. I have talked to female staff and she told me that they can bring the battery that I purchased from the market and they can install it for me. After I purchase it, I tried to make an appointment for the installation. The male staff was so rude and lied to me that nobody said that. He told me to return the item and buy the battery from them. There are many places to go so avoid this place before they ruin your car.

We went back to Witness Auto Dash cam , our unit was not working properly. The customer service here is fantastic, the power cable was replaced at no charge . Staff spent time with us to explain everything, including setting up our phones! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Even though I did not have an appointment, Dennis made every effort to assist me with my dashcam problems. In fact, he managed to fix it. I appreciate it and will recommend anyone who needs a dashcam to get it installed here.

Haven’t been there yet, but the service they provided me by emails and text is exemplary. Fabulous. Annie my contact is and has been always there for me to assist and answer all my questions. I will be making an appointment to meet with them.
