Employees were incredibly helpful. I had previously gotten a shirt and shorts that were the wrong size and was returning them for store credit or the right size if they had it. They asked if I wanted them to look for the replacement items, assuming they meant i would have to go look around then bring what I wanted back. NOPE! They both went looking in the store and helped me find exactly the right pair of shorts in a size that works for me, the fitting rooms are seemingly closed at the moment so I appreciated the help. For the shirt they found one in the right size at another nearby store, they asked if I wanted to have it put on hold or have it sent to my house in a few days. Since I was in no rush I took the shipping option and left happily with my new pair of shorts, and my girlfriend got a couple cute tops for her birthday. All the other clothing stores in that mall area, I'm my experience, have never given that level of customer service.
I came here about 4 years ago to have clear grip tape redone ok my limited addition sector 9 longboard. Had only the cash my parents gave me and bus fair. Called ahead and they had told me they had the grip tape. Gave it to them, waited 20 minutes and they came back out with black grip tape with a line down the middle showing the limited edition, 100% bamboo sector 9 logo. Asked them why they did that and was told they didn't have any. Refused to take it back and take it off without money. It quickly ruined the logo on the deck. And ontop of all they within a week the grip tape was already coming off... Ruined it. Horrible business practice.
This got to be the most disappointing clothing store! I tried buying one shirt and one ethika’s short, the guy charged my card and then said my payment wasn’t going through.. then charged my card again and said my payment still wasn’t going through so I opened up my bank account from my phone right there in front of him and showed him that he have charged me twice already which was 120$, after showing him my bank transaction that they have charged me TWICE then he calls the manger in, which is a girl and she said we can’t do anything about it and I won’t even be able to get the stuff that I wanted to buy even tho they already charged me twice for it and she said this been happening a lot lately and can’t do anything about it.. I asked her for a customer service number and her name and guys name, she wrote down a totally different Wrong number, she gave me a communication number… which has nothing to do with dummies… after finding zummies customer service from google! I tried contacting them and they said call your bank we can’t do anything about it either.. what a shame! DONT EVER GO THERE! Bunch of rip offs! I lost my 120$ Which was literally my last bit of money. What a shame! Neve ever going to that trash place again.
Great help small selection but descent inventory, honestly though the help was great got exactly what we needed
I come here all the time! Great place to shop and i love their employees service. Omar is one of my favorite employees, he makes me feel welcomed and helps me with all my needs. Once again this is a great store and i recommend anyone to shop there!
They took forever to get me a fitting room, acted like I was an inconvience for asking for one, were overall rude and passive, and then ACCUSED ME OF STEALING even though it was THEIR mistake for counting wrong. I mean at least one of the guys apologized, so I'll give them that. Terrible customer service, I mean seriously awful. Do not reccomend. EDIT: The girl with blue hair was perfectly nice and helpful. This review is not directed towards her.
Great place and the staff don’t Care only about the money, they care if the customer’s are making a good decision of what they are buying. For example I was buying a skateboard deck one time that cost around 30-35 dollars but the staff insisted that I should wait around a week or two too save up money and buy a better skateboard deck
Employees should make it less obvious when following customers around the store. It's extremely uncomfortable. Terrible service!!!! Saleswoman implied I was a thief! Very humiliating and embarrassing.
Cool place. Arrived on my Kingsong electric unicycle. Freaked the poor employees out. Might not want to ride your onewheel, Segway, or electric scooter to that store. Mass confusion ensues.
Not a fan of the manager he was really rude and the the employees made me feel very unwelcomed. Won't be returning to this location.
