Everyone working there is wonderful and very helpful, unfortunately there are so few people working that the store is an absolute tornado of a mess. Either they aren't hiring enough people or people are not wanting to work. 9 times out of 10, a lack of employees is due to bad management.
Very friendly staff, big layout and lots of options for whole family. Great big clearance area in the back! Usually busy but goes fast with many cashiers. Doing exchanges has never been an issue
A lot of the store was pretty ransacked it seemed especially the children's department but I'm sure sales will do that. They had a lot of boys and men's clothing but not a whole lot of women's Christmas clothing. The pajamas though were awesome and I did get a pair
This location has a good selection clothes for all ages. You will see some clothes on the floor but that's because it's typically busy. Friendly staff and lots of parking.
It's a great store, how is it with the thousands of different items, can't find anything I love? Sorry for the 2 stars...the truth.
Piles and piles of unorganized inventory. Looks like things were placed on the shelves with a leaf blower. Trying a different Old Navy next time.
It was fine. Not a pocket friendly store. But I like few stuffs from them so I went there. Last time i bought jeans which got shrunk after a wash. They did exchange it. But this time i didn't find anything that u could buy. So i went to ross and got it from their luckily.
This location always has a ton of selection. The store is generally well kept, keeping in mind the amount of inventory they pull into that store. The staff is helpful and I enjoy that they have the hand held checkout devices. It makes for a easy efficient checkout. My biggest complaint would be finding the wrong sized item on the matching hanger. A few times I have got home with wrong sizes because they were hung on a non matching hanger. Besides that, great finds here. Good prices.
The store was a mess. Super hard to find anything. I left without looking much at all.
This Old Navy was very neat and organized compared to Old Navy in Tanasbourne Hillsboro which l had visited a day before.
