It's ghetto. There is no staff whatsoever. It's obvious that the workers are underpaid and understaffed. I was calling to try and check on a product and they said they had nobody that could check on it for me. I called an hour later and got the same thing no one was available to check on a product for me. I'm not trying to make the entire hour-long trip out there unless they have the product I need. Pay the workers better and then you would be fully staffed. This is a multi-million dollar corporation do better.
I used to go here all the time. Until 2 weeks ago when they didn't let my prone to UTIs toddler use the restroom. I literally was asked to use the one at Barnes and Noble. The Old Navy next door was nice enough to not mind using it. I had to leave my cart behind at Ross to take my 4 yr old girl running to the store next door. I talked to the Manager and she insisted this was the rule at all Ross stores. Which is simply not true. Not going back there if they treat customers like this.
Won't let you smell cologne without buying it. At the very least if they let you return which I doubt because then it's packaging is tampered with it's a waste of time. At the worst it's a waste of money. What's next? You go to the produce section at safeway and the produce is in boxes with nothing except a mysterious name and you have to guess which one you want to buy?
Beware if you are going with Kid or have a medical condition they will still not let you use washroom even in case of emergency, it’s ridiculous that they dont care for basic need of their customer and ready to lose them by taking stupid inhuman rules for no good reason, staff is rude as they don’t emphasize even with small kid in need.nAvoid if you shop with small kids or have medical condition where you may need washroom frequently.
Extremely disorganized and messy, and the staff is about the same. I work in customer service so I am pretty lenient because I know how it can get, but when the staff can’t even try to smile, and sound like they hate their job, it’s not an inviting place to shop.
