I must say, the teachers here are great. They really involve themselves in ensuring your poses are accurate and that you're getting the most out of it.  I am really happy with my experience.  They also use interesting music and scented inscense.  They have this real focus on healing.  Especially Jennifer on friday night classes! She is my favourite teacher so far.  The reason they get 4 stars is because the room isn't hot, even for hot yoga.
