The owner said something very edifying to me over the phone, and that was something along the lines of: "Given that this is your first experience, I am pretty sure it can be difficult to choose the right service provider - because absent the background knowledge it will be hard to know whether you're paying a good price and getting a good service." This was exactly what I had felt and because he was able to reflect his understanding of my experience back over to me, I built a bit of rapport with him, which is ultimately why I decided to hire this company. When they came, they worked rather quickly installing locks and left before the start of noon. I was largely satisfied with the service and would use them again later. I even have the owners numbers saved in my home because I'm planning to hire his team to work on my rental properties.

They were able to perform their duties and have won both my and my wife Brenda’s approval. Both of us in concert were impressed by this company’s commitment to keeping us satisfied as customers. From showing up on time to faithfully completing the project prior to the estimated complete time, we were taken aback by their professionalism. We both give 5 stars.

I am a new homeowner and single mother so it's very important for me to have a sturdy set of locks. I called upon this locksmith to install them for me and they did a job so well that it's truly incommunicable. So gentlemanly and helpful. I feel safer now and so do my kids!! Tnx!! ❤️🙏👏🏻❤️

This was my first time calling up a locksmith company. I was looking to change the locks on my house and didn't have much time to wait or 'shop around' for the best price, so I hired these guys without doing much research at all. Turns out, though, that I was lucky because they did a great job. They were able to come in on the same day I called and take care of business at a relatively nominal price. My overall experience was quite positive. Certainly no complaints coming from here 👍

I became aware of this company through a friend. He told me about them when I briefly mentioned that I had a broken lock in passing. I called them the next day and one of their locksmiths was at my home the day after. Without exaggeration I'll say that I would do for another friend what my friend did for me. Because they were just that good
