Ballard Lock & Key

Had an excellent experience. Locked my keys in my room. Called Ballard lock and key and they were able to come out in 20 minutes (on Memorial Day). Was given a flat rate, which was a great deal (not my first lock out experience). Bob came out, was super friendly, and got my door open in less than 2 minutes. Would definitely rececomend!

We had them out to re-key our whole house years ago - they were affordable and easy to work with then. Today, I was trying to get one of those handsets off of my door - after trying several times unsuccessfully myself, I called them, sent them a few picture texts, and they were able to walk me through getting the handle off the door successfully. All within 10 minutes of my first call. Great, fast, and friendly service. Thanks guys!

Another locksmith tried to charge hundreds of dollars and claimed it would take hours to unlock my door. I called Ballard Lock & Key instead and not only did they arrive quickly, they charged me a super reasonable rate and got my door open in seconds. The service was incredible and I highly recommend this local business.

Arriving at work this morning & noticed the doorknob and lock box w/keys inside are no longer there...Fortunately the coded deadbolt we have is pretty amazing...Thankfully nobody was able to get inside the building...That being said, the way it was broken Off, I thought I needed a locksmith...I called Ballard Lock & Key...Bob was honest and And incredibly helpful... within 30 seconds And advice from Bob I was inside...Not to mention, told me to call him back if I couldn’t get it and we would walk me through it...this Company wasn’t getting a dime from me ...yet his customer service exceeded What I ever expected... going above and beyond the call of duty!
