Amazing!! We had an urgent business need. The customer service staff on the phone was so kind, patient and caring. Even though they were already booked for the day, they were on-site to help us within 30 minutes. The entire 'problem' was completely fixed good as new within an hour. I highly suggest Bulger and will definitely keep their phone number handy.
I've done business with Bulger for years, always been taken care of here. I was having my GMC serviced at Bill Pierre Chevrolet and remembered that I needed to get a spare key for it. I went to the service department and was told it would cost $65 for a key with no chip. I went across the street to Bulger and had 3 cut for $28.11. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I highly recommend Bulger Safe and Lock.
These guys know their stuff! I had them re-key a lock and dead bolt set and did a terrific job! Highly recommend these folks for your lock and key needs!!
I went in to have mailbox key copies made. Fast service, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the copies didn’t work, copied were too fat, they went half way in, unable to turn. Took them back the next day with attached picture, an older gentleman looked at it and he could tell right away that the copied keys were thicker. He shaped them off the same width as the original AND gave me an extra set to ensure I won’t have to return for the 3rd trip. What an amazing customer service! The second copies work perfectly! Thank you Bulger!
Refused to copy a key when I had a blank. To busy and when i offered to leave it they refused. Neat how google removed this but I am still going to keep posting this.
We have been using Bulger for years and years. Our latest experience with them they went above and beyond. Kudos to Eric in service. He was extremely helpful and was able to remain very professional helpful during situations between owner and contractor. Simply fabulous all around.
Pretty much the most professional locksmith shop in Seattle. They may not be cheapest, although sometimes they are, but they always seem to have the solution to my problem; and they always return calls unlike some other locksmiths in town.
Has all your lock needs met. Pricey though but I'm sure it's worth it as if you have special key needs, you have no choice. $9 for a mailbox key..
I've been using them forever at the properties I manage. They do a wonderful job each time and are super prompt. Just now I got elevator keys made by them that would've cost me so much more from my elevator vendor. They're friggin great.
Primarily, I get keys made here. Very good key cutting machines. The copies always work. The staff is friendly, polite and efficient. Have used Bulger for years, and never been disappointed. Reccomend them frequently.
