Excellent service from Jeren this evening. We had another locksmith install a dead bolt a few months ago and it was misaligned which caused a spring to break. He was able to diagnose the issue and remedy the cause of the problem. Thank you so much.

Had a car key that had snapped in half. Nick was very straight-forward and friendly, he sent a technician over to my place, as I couldn't drive over there. Technician (Eric I believe was his name) was super chill and really friendly as well, letting me know about the costs, estimated time of completion, and so on, so shout-out to him for that. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

I had a new remote car key made for me here. fast service. Reasonable pricing. Owner is very nice and genuinely cares to ensure all works well. Will come back.

These guys were wonderful. They had my car key blank on hand and cut me a new one lickety split. Both guys at the shop were nice and even answered my ignition quote questions. I was worried that I might have to replace the ignition or something with how wonky it was behaving, so I elected to only replace one of the two broken keys that were being held together by electrical tape. However, when the guy tried the new key, he told me that it was probably just the ignition switch which he mentioned was a pretty easy fix. He made sure that I understood it was a specific part that sometimes gets sold as a whole assembly. He even looked up the part online for me and said it was just two screws! I went ahead and purchased the part and installed it myself and now my ignition fires off on the first turn! I am now going back to these guys to have my second key replaced because I want to give them my business. They really are great!!!

I called and was delighted to hear that my locked front door could be fixed ... and within an hour. Nick, our locksmith, checked in with us to let us know when he would arrive and he arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the difficulty and fixed it with alacrity. We were delighted and will use Seattle Locksmith and Security the next time we are in need. A wonderful experience during a time of stress.
