Often we feel compelled to write a review when something goes wrong or a bad experience. This is not the case. This is the second time using Zenetec. The first was our 2012 charger eight years ago. That job is still in factory condition. This time our 2018 GMC Sierra required front end work, and from start to finish and everything in between was flawless and a great experience. Job was done in a timely manner. A little delay due that the technician found a paint flaw and wanted to correct it before releasing the vehicle. A testament to their attention to detail. A special thanks to Carly for her kind updates along the way. I realize that in business there can be bumps in the road along the way and this has been my experience with Zenetec. I would like to give Cody,Carly, Emma, Bob and the team at Zenetec collision more than 5 stars for their supreme customer service and all around experience. If not for the team at Zenetec my auto claim would have been an absolute nightmare, they were the only positive experience I had. They were extremely friendly, very understanding , professional , and constantly updating me on my vehicle multiple times a week. I have a Model 3 Tesla LR and they did immaculate work on the vehicle, you can see the amount of pride they take in their craftsmanship. All around great experience from start to finish with them and I would just like to say thank you.
