North Star Motors

After only taking my Volkswagen to the dealership for years I decided to try this place for an oil change. They claim to specialize in VW and European vehicles. 1 week after the oil change at North Star Motors my engine started making weird noises and revving on its own. My vw is still under warranty so I brought it into the dealership and they found an after market oil filter was put in my car and had collapsed, they explained if I had waited to bring the car in my engine could have been severely damaged. Would never bring my car back to this place.

Super honest and reliable! When the engine went in my car instead of trying to make the money on it he was completely honest and told me it was not financially worth it. Super good guy! As a female who doesn`t know a whole lot about cars its always nice to know you won`t get hosed by your mechanic!

Me and my family have been going to Alex for years now, never an issue. I wouldn’t ever go to another mechanic after dealing with Alex. If you need your car fixed this is where you want to take it.
