I have been dealing with Don & Keith for about 13 years now and I have never found anyone more honest or knowledgeable than these two guys. How many mechanics can diagnose a problem with your vehicle over the phone and always be right. I own 2 classic cars, a late model car, a motor home and three company vehicles and they have worked on them all and many times worked late to keep my trucks on the road.The excellent service and dedication to me and anybody I have referred to them is definitely a 5 star rating +++ I strongly recommend if you have a problem with your vehicle go to DOK for the best advise and service !

When these guys do a job, they can do it with knowledge and at a good deal, HOWEVER, do not go in at a lunch time as they will ignore you, pretend as if you are a wall when standing infront of them at the counter. Also, do not leave the shop until you have confirmation that work will be done on your vehicle while you step out. I had my vehicle sitting in their lot for almost 4.5 hours. When I returned to pick up, after waiting over 5 min for guy to get off phone, I was told, with no reason, they had no time to get to my vehicle. So pisssed... Won't be going back...and will advise others to go in with caution!! Funny! You managed to find your computer through your lunch spread at your counter to reply such lies. You are lucky you have customers on your side at all. I'm not worried though, some people see through business owners like you...we will all spread the word...

Great guys! My husband brought his older Mazda in for a quick fix, after that was done there came about an issue with the gear shifter and he was less than thrilled. They actually ordered the part we needed and did not charge us for the installation just to put his mind at ease. Would definitely take our cars there again. Impressed with the quality of work and the level of effort put into making sure we were satisfied.

I was sceptical going here as I don't trust new places that i go to, but i can say that this was a great place to get my car fixed. They went above and beyond with helping me, and i know I might have been a bit of a pain to deal with, but i thank them for the help and for doing such a good job at such a great price. I'm making it my new go to car shop, and i recommend you give it a try :)
