ZARA

My girlfriend ordered a pair of boots that was a bit too small so I went on a wednesday morning to exchange it. I ask the lady at the front desk to exchange my boots and her answer was: "You have to find it in the aisles." Since there is like 20 different woman black leather boots I decided to simply ask someone else. I saw another lady that seems to be the manager (she was dressed differently), I waited next to her for about 5mins while she was busy on the phone in what seemed to be a personal conversation ( I could be wrong). I ask her politely if she could help me find the same model in a different size. While I was asking her the question the previous lady shouted from far. "I already told him to go look in the aisle. " The allegded manager ignore her comment and called a representative. She was very nice but a bit incompetent and made me wait about 20mins. After looking briefly in the aisle she said they were going to look in the backroom and left me there for 20mins while she resumed her day-to-day task. I had to go see yet another employee. Long story short no one found the product I had a terrible experience but im gonna leave 2 star because the store was clean and I like the products that they have.

Lol don't even bother coming here Non of the employees at the cash know what they're doing. Calling managers to come guide them to only find out managers don't know anything themselves. Avoid this place at all cost

I went to return items that I bought online and waited 40 mins because only 2 cashes were open. Finally when it was my turn,the lady who served me asked me why I bought each item in 2 sizes so I told her it was because I wasn't sure of my size... she gave me the dirtiest look. I buy my clothes online because every Zara is a mess and I have zero patience, plus everyone that works there looks miserable. Zara, teach your personnel some customer service skills because that cashier looked like she hated her life

Very bad service! I was in a rush and I asked if is ok if I try my item at the men's fitting room, I even ofer to put it back on the hanger and bring it to its place if doesn't fit but the manager completely told me off and she said I have to wait all the line at the women fitting room...I know there's rules everywhere but an exception here and there I don't find is not doable...not to mention that the store was a mess...but I understood that because of the sale season and short staff.
