GUESS

This is the worst guess store ever! The manager Nicolas is so rude, my cousin went to buy a dress that she never wore, she went to return it back after 6 days, nicolas didnt accept saying that the size isnt her size and that she would never buy a dress this size, he also asked if she has the card she paid with, she showed him the card, he said he wants to check her ID and that she is doing fraud!!! He also mentioned that he will call the cops on her!!! This manager has no right to refuse the return, the dress was perfectly clean and in a very good condition, she had the receipt, the ticket was on the dress. This manager makes it hard for returns, also a friend of mine had a similar experience. He doesnt want to refund. Once the money comes in, you wont be able to get it back, they will tell i the system doesnt work for returns or any reason.
