Sports Experts

I have worked at this store for two years and the people who say the staff are useless have no idea what they are talking about. First of all the staff does not work for commission and second, all those who work are hired because they are athletes or involved in sports themselves, so they know what they are talking about. If a staff member was rude, it was probably because the client was rude in the first place (it is next to town of mount royal after all). Great store to go to for selection and good prices. Cheers!

About half the staff is nowhere to be seen is this store. In some departments they'll be around and giving out great service and in others they seem to go at great lengths to avoid you. You can spend well over 15 minutes in a department looking puzzled or trying to find an employee with none to be found. Go there only if you know you won't need any help.

Went in wanting to buy a snowboard, the sales associate gave me a binder to read about the different snowboards in store, he didn’t know much about the products in their section, asked for more help and nobody came.

Bought a 500$ bike, brakes are already broken. Nearly killed myself on St-Denis. Thank you for the good workmanship. Will definitely buy something important there again!

👍 : Pretty big Sports expert. Good staff, very helpful. A lot of variety in gym clothes, coats and gear.
