Great service. He had to dig a bit but found a screen protector for my phone which is hard to find in stores. He could have just let me leave but said wait, let me make sure and he was able to find one and installed it perfectly. Very nice & polite
Really professional atmosphere and even though they were busy, he took great care with my screen protectors. Very careful in application and unwilling to accept any flaws. Definitely recommend the friendly and customer focused team.
I had a screen that malfunctioned and Kyle came to the rescue! Awesome tech that was helpful, kind, positive and provided a great experience! Would come again just because of Kyle! Don’t lose him and better pay his pockets because he is worth every penny of it!
Young lady behind the counter was great. Greeted when I walked in very pleasantly. Told her what I needed and she told of an upgrade over my current situation. Very persuasive so I upgraded and I am very satisfied overall with my experience.
I always bring my cell phone here for repairs. My iPhone camera was broken and Cam the kind employee fixed it and nOw my phone is like new. I’ve brought my iPhone here for screen repairs and other repairs in the past. Highly recommend this place!! Professional and friendly employees who do a great job!
I have to believe most of these reviews are bought. This place is not THAT good. It costed $170 to replace my cracked screen on a 4 year old iphone. I have been replacing cracked screens since the beginning of time. I've never paid $170! I was in a time crunch, sick of cutting my finger up and had a baby with me so I went for it. The screen quality is not good, it seems much thicker than the original screen and it has a weird purple glare if you don't look at it straight on. The worst part is that the touch is completely off, if I even put my finger close to the screen it starts shorting. in fairness to the store I haven't called them to see if they can fix it, but honestly I'm so disheartened I just want to go back to the mall. There were two male employees working at the store, the one fixing my phone seemed rather new, and they were both nice but they definitely weren't the employees that all the reviews are talking about!
Yalda took care of our needs... screen protector and iphone case. She did it with care and excellence. I'd definitely go back to Zagg downtown Crown. Great products and great service!
Very helpful and introduced me to other options when it came to screen protectors and also showed me some cases as well. So would definitely return back for all my future purchases.
