T-Mobile

I went to this store earlier today to purchase a new phone and start with this company. Juan was my sales assosciate and he did an amazing job. The process was fast and efficient. The cell phone service is great and I have a better plan with this company then I did with Verizon for far less money. Would highly recommend this company and this store.

I don't really write review this type of company but I was amazed by someone who was very professional and knowledgeable. My boyfriend got a new cellphone here and the associate, name Luis helped him to get a new phone. He was very friendly, patience, answer all the questions we have about the phone, spend enough time with us and not rushing. I really want to recommend others to look for him when people want to get new phone.

The store is very unprofessional everytime we go in all they want to do is collect payments for your bill but don't want to help you out on details on upgrading a phone or whatever deals are there they don't even want to explain much to you all they say is wait till next week it'll be cheaper or right now at the moment they're too expensive like why do they care how much money you have in your pocket there should just focus on selling phones and helping customers this is a very poor store.!

I was nervous to come here after reading some reviews, but as T-Mobile's online support wasn't helpful, we decided to try resolving a somewhat personal matter at the store. Frankee was very understanding, helpful and very knowledgeable about our options and saved us a lot of stress. I will definitely come back here again because of her outstanding and efficient service.

I would rather give a zero if there is a possibility. Very unprofessional associates at the store and doesn't even care about the customers standing in the line and just having their Funtime during work hours with friends.
