I called before noon for a pickup at 16:30. When I arrive at 17:00. They say that they never got the order and I must have gotten the wrong phone number, basically blaming me. I show them the number I called and the proof on my iPhone that I made a 56second to their exact number. No answer, no apology. Very unprofessional.
